Pulaski County Unveils Billboard Designs

Pulaski County Tourism Bureau unveiled five new billboard designs the week of April 21, 2014. The new designs include the Pulaski County USA logo, Visitors Center location information, and each design highlights a Pulaski County feature that will interest, and attract, visitors to exit the highway and spend time in our communities. They are located along Missouri Interstate 44 and are visible to both east bound and west bound traffic.

Route 66 Billboard
Route 66– has been speaking to travelers and those with wanderlust since 1926. Pulaski County has 33 miles of Route 66 to travel. Pristine segments of alignments from the 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s -some with the original curbing- still entice motorists today . Plenty of adventure still awaits those who chose to get their kicks on our Route 66!

Lodging Billboard
Lodging- Pulaski County is centrally located on Interstate 44 and is the midway point between the Illinois State Line and the Oklahoma State Line. Offering more than 1,700 hotel rooms the area is sure to have clean, comfortable lodging for every travelers needs and budget.

Dining Billboard
Dining- Pulaski County is a beacon for the hungry traveler and adventurer. More than 40 options offer German, Greek / Italian, Mexican, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, & American table service restaurants. Even the pickiest of eaters walk away stuffed after stopping in our area for a bite.

Antique Trail Billboard
Antique Trail- The tourism bureau has developed an Antique Trail that winds its way through our scenic Ozark Mountains. The trail is self guided and able to be traveled, and shopped, at your leisure. A free brochure with map and points of interest is available at the Visitors Center, north off Exit 161.

Canoe on the Rivers Billboard
Canoe on the Rivers- Pulaski County’s gentle rivers, the Gasconade and the Big Piney, are a destination for families looking to spend quality time in the great outdoors. Our friendly outfitters will ensure that your float trip is enjoyable and memorable!
