Big BAM riders are getting their kicks bicycling Missouri’s Route 66 June 17th through 22nd! The total route covers 310 miles averaging 62 miles a day. If you are one of the lucky riders on this epic two-wheeled five-day journey the end of Day 3 may find yourself in need of rejuvenation. When arriving at Waynesville you will have climbed 7,676 feet since leaving Joplin. Day 4 will also challenge your endurance with another 2,469 feet of climb. Luckily, Pulaski County’s host hotels are standing by to shower you in comfort and amenities to refresh your body & spirit before pedaling east 57.2 miles towards Cuba, Missouri. Free shuttles will be on location at Waynesville City Park to transport you to and from the lodging of your choice.
